Attorney General Relations

PACE offers its members a voice in Washington DC, to make it easier to conduct business.  Our Government Affairs (GA) effort focuses on working with both RAGA and DAGA to ensure that our members have a voice in Washington DC, so they can conduct their business, free from being encumbered by the government.  We provide a strong voice for our members and a process to self regulate, formulate and execute public policy for our industry.  RAGA and DAGA partnerships offer insights, perspectives and a voice on "The Hill" not found in other customer service, customer engagement associations in the United States.

Attorney General meetings occur throughout the year and provide critical insight into policy and enforcement priorities. PACE helps make it easy to stay up-to-date and informed about these NAAG, RAGA, DAGA, and CWAG events. Find important information here, including registration links, agendas, attendee lists, and presentation materials.

The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) was founded in 1907 to help Attorneys General fulfill the responsibilities of their office and to assist in the delivery of high quality legal services to the states and territorial jurisdictions. NAAG’s mission is: "To facilitate interaction among Attorneys General as peers and to facilitate the enhanced performance of Attorneys General and their staffs." NAAG fosters an environment of "cooperative leadership," helping Attorneys General respond effectively - individually and collectively - to emerging state and federal issues.

The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) is the only national organization whose mission is electing Republicans to the Office of Attorney General. RAGA concentrates on supporting our current attorneys general and recruiting outstanding candidates, providing them with research and financial support and assisting in message development. In doing so, RAGA is improving the talent base from which many future Governors and U.S. Senators will be drawn.
