With more than a decade of experience in the domains of marketing and product management with famous global powerhouses such as Microsoft, Kartik Poddar has been leading the Business side of conversational AI platform, Haptik for nearly 3 years now. In his role, Kartik has been working closely with Haptik’s clients across various industries and helping them develop customized Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) solutions for specific business processes that help the enterprises to ‘bot-o-mate’ their operations efficiently.
Amongst the first employees at Komli Media, he led the product initiatives of Komli’s audience measurement and retargeting platforms and was driving their product marketing and GTM efforts across APAC. At Microsoft, he was the product manager on Microsoft’s search engine, Bing, during which he also filed for a patent on “Software Downloads on Search Page”. Prior to joining Haptik, Kartik founded a content distribution venture called Fropcorn where he led product, fundraising, and business development efforts for the company. Fropcorn was recognized as one of the top 30 tech companies in India by YourStory and was part of the first cohort of GenNext Innovation Hub, an accelerator by Microsoft and RIL.
At Haptik, Kartik leads the Enterprise vertical where he is responsible for the overall growth of the business.
